Free shipping applies to most items within Canada (Excluding Nunavut, Yukon territories,  Northwest Territories and some remote locations shown in the chart below)  Free shipping also applies to most Items in the USA to the lower 48 states.  If you are outside the lower 48 or in the the excluded Canadian locations, we can still ship to you. We ship our grilles from our warehouses in Canada and the USA. Some of the other items may ship from our main warehouse in Canada worldwide. Each product page indicates what warehouse(s) the items are shipped from on the bottom of the page. Some international orders may be shipped directly from our international suppliers.

Each product page will show if the item you are looking at ships for free within Canada and the USA.

Most products are shipped via courier, and some of the smaller items may be shipped via Canada Post/USPS.

An automated email will be sent to you when your order is placed and indicated that your order is being processed. When your order is shipped, you will get an email indicating that your item has been shipped with a tracking link.

Most Items are shipped from our warehouses within 1-2 business days.  Shipping times are normally 2-6 business days. Please note that more remote locations and because most couriers are still not guaranteeing delivery time, it may take longer than expected to receive your packages.
