Refunds And Returns

Overview

We do accept returns. You can return your purchased item within 14 days of receiving it with receipt or proof of purchase. (You can reply to your email receipt) If 14 days or more have passed since the receipt of your item, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.  We will do our best to help you out though even if this time has passed, so please contact us with your concerns.

If for any reason you want to return your purchase, we are happy to give you a full refund. You are only responsible for shipping the item back
to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, has not been installed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be shipped back in the original packaging with all accessories.  We will have one of our experts examine your return to ensure you are eligible for a refund.

If your product is defective, has been damaged during shipping, or we have sent you the wrong item please contact us as soon as possible so that we can get a replacement out to you as soon as we can. In this case we will cover any return shipping costs by sending you a shipping label. If the product is no longer in stock, we will issue you a full refund. 

Any closeout sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If for some reason it was rejected, we will call you to discuss the reason and a resolution. We have never had a rejected one yet, but it may be because something was missing which can be normally resolved. We do our best to make it right.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees for any reason.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@greatgrilles.com or call us at 1-800-363-1651 and we will discuss the details to get you a replacement ASAP.

Shipping returns

To return your product, contact us and we will give you full details on where you should ship your product return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When you are returning your items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
